Privacy notice

NewVenueIntel is an independent pre-launch project. This notice explains the limited information collected during the private beta and how it is used.

Information collected

When you request the sample, we collect your work email, company name, signup time, referral source, and campaign parameters. We also record basic first-party events such as page views and sample-request clicks. These events use a temporary browser-session identifier, not an advertising cookie.

How it is used

The information is used to send the requested sample, respond to private-beta interest, understand which outreach sources are useful, prevent form abuse, and improve the product. NewVenueIntel does not sell or rent signup information.

Service providers

Website and signup records are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure. Transactional email is processed by the configured email-delivery provider. These providers process information only to operate the site and deliver requested messages.

Retention and choices

Private-beta signup records are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, or record-keeping reasons. You can opt out or request access, correction, or deletion by replying to any NewVenueIntel email.

Reply to the message that delivered your sample. Until formal business contact details are published, privacy requests are handled directly by the founder.
